A Danish Holiday and New Social Media links

Aug 15, 2019 | Personal | 1 comment

So I was away for a week and two days in the land of the Vikings. I LOVE DENMARK. I’ve been 11 times now and its like a home from home for me even though I can’t speak Danish. We were in Jutland which is the largest part of Denmark and was staying in a place called Hune which was just outside a seaside town called Blokhus. We had stayed at Blokhus before but a lot had changed in the years that we had been there. Drove around the area as well visited Aalborg, Skagen and a few other places and then went to Copenhagen for two days. I love that city so much. I know its not much of a detailed blog post about my holiday but I do have photos to get through so I may write more about things once I’ve sorted them out so yeah that will take forever well hopefully not. I’m trying to work more on here so maybe it will help in some way I don’t know.

New Social media links

I got a new Instagram and twitter account which is tied in more to the website as well. The reason why I started a new Instagram was that after 6 years or so on my old one I just wanted to star again. It has so many weird memories attached to that account good and bad and I wanted to start a new one with photos of Denmark because the last one started more or less with one of the first trips to Denmark I went to. Yeah, it’s a bit sentimental but I thought it would be a good idea!

As for the twitter account well I just wanted a place to put blog updates and talk about things that are important to me. My Tumblr may change I don’t know at the moment. I could call it cherrybladetumblr or something like that. I do use Tumblr more than here though and that’s gotta stop. I should try writing my thoughts on here more and I’ll be honest there are things that I want to write about that people may disagree with and that’s fine. What’s the point of having a blog if you can’t write what you want in it?

I know this is short and sweet but I just wanted to tell you what is going on. Life is good a holiday is what I needed and I’m kinda happy. I really miss Denmark though hopefully won’t be too long till I’m back there.

So there you go!
Until the next time my darlings!
